Editorial policy and sources
LilleStart is responsible for these public guides. They provide general information for parents, not individual healthcare or peer-reviewed medical publications.

How sources are selected
We use WHO for global principles, CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics for US guidance, NHS for UK guidance and specialist organizations where needed. Norwegian guides prioritize Norwegian public sources. We check relevance, jurisdiction and source dates.
How updates are reviewed
When a guide changes, affected health claims, links and safety wording must be checked. Practical examples are distinguished from recommendations. Any dates shown must reflect a maintained editorial review. We do not claim clinical approval that has not happened.
Differences and corrections
National recommendations are not combined into a false universal rule. Follow individual advice from your local healthcare professional. To report an error, use the contact page and identify the page and wording. No medical history is needed to report an editorial error.
